**Description**:Maintain accurate records of all import transactions and ensure proper accounting. Prepare and analyze import costing sheets including freight, insurance, customs duties, and taxes.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in import bills.

Monitor foreign currency payments and ensure timely settlement of supplier invoices.Record landed cost entries and track inventory valuation accurately.

**Requirements**:
**- **Proven experience (2-5 years) as an Import Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of international trade, import regulations, and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,, tally prime ).
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets.

**Qualification**:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
