**Position: Account Executive**

**Responsibilities**:
Maintain and update financial records using Tally software.

Process and reconcile financial transactions, such as accounts payable and receivable, expense claims, and bank statements.

Prepare and verify financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.

Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.

Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and relevant regulations.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary financial information.

Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

Support the audit process by providing relevant documentation and explanations.

Assist with import and export documentation and compliance requirements.

Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably with a focus on import and export.

Strong knowledge of Tally software and proficiency in MS Excel.

Familiarity with accounting principles and regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Understanding of import and export processes and documentation requirements.

Knowledge of relevant tax regulations and compliance procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
