**Responsible for**:

- Shall be responsible for prepare / ensuring the timely reporting of all monthly financial information
- Shall be responsible for data preparation / working of Service Tax, VAT, TDS, and filing of TDS return / statutory reports in stipulated timing.
- Shall be responsible for maintaining & data preparation of all taxes TDS, WC-TDS, sales tax, service tax, Excise related work/ issue, maintain form & certificates for respective work, file submit to concern person periodically, handle government inspection & liasionsing work
- Shall be responsible accounts data for finalization & prepare balance sheet, Tax return on or before statutory date
- Shall be responsible for coordinate & prepare document of bank for domestic / import / export transaction and documentation
- Shall be responsible for opening employee bank account and disburse salary
- Shall be responsible for account audit monthly / quarterly / yearly
- Shall be responsible for summation / maintain required documents for Import & export of the business
- Shall be responsible for tracking GR/IR A/c for pending Invoices, Coordinate with respective department
- Shall be responsible for reconciling Sales Receipts with Sales Module
- Shall be responsible for preparing data for MIS, stock register, purchases register & Inventory control monthly basis.
- Shall be responsible for ensuring an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
- Shall be responsible for preparing and maintaining sale invoice for client timely basic
- Shall be responsible to issue road permit Form : 403, 402
- Shall be responsible for executing process for recovering FROM C from client
- Shall be responsible for maintaining records & document like scanned of invoice, delivery challan, LR & transporter data compile and review information for accuracy.
- Shall be responsible for recovering amount of outstanding bill /invoice from client
- Shall be responsible for reconciling disputed accounts of sundry debtors, balance confirmation with parties.
- Shall be responsible for reconciliation with excise consultant
- Shall be responsible for reconciliation of final bill claim with provisional bill claim at the end of the year
- Shall be responsible for preparing ageing analysis every month in coordination with store department officers for verification of physical stock with invoice
- Shall be responsible for monitoring and coordinate with outside units
- Shall be responsible to maintain all records as per ISO format.
- Shall be responsible for assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
