Organization is leading Crane, hydraulic and Weighting Scale manufacturing Industry located at Changodar, Ahmedabad.

Required Education: B.Com/ M.Com with min 3 to 4 Years Experience as Account Executive Profile in any Capital Goods Industry Experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- **Invoice Processing**: Process invoices for payment, ensuring they are properly authorized and coded.
- **Account Reconciliation**: Assist in reconciling accounts, such as bank accounts and vendor accounts, to ensure accuracy.
- **Financial Reporting**: Generate and prepare financial reports and statements as directed by the finance team.
- **Expense Management**: Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring they align with budgets and policies.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Assist with managing accounts payable and receivable, including communication with vendors and clients.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
- **Month-End Close**: Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliation.
- **Support Audits**: Provide support during internal and external audits by supplying necessary documents and information.
- **Communication**: Collaborate with other departments to gather information for financial reporting and analysis.
- **Ad-Hoc Tasks**: Assist with other accounting-related tasks as assigned by supervisors

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
