JOB TITLE: Accounts Executive

**REPORTS TO**:Director (India)

**PRIMARY PURPOSE**:
The primary purpose of the Accounts Executive is to manage and maintain the organization’s financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices, processing payments, and performing reconciliations. By providing timely financial reporting and support, the Accounts Executive plays a critical role in facilitating informed decision-making and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements.
- Prepare and review financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, wages sheet, petty cash, monthly Payroll & Compliances Payments.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, and auditors.
- Provide support during audits and financial inspections.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
- Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies and initiatives.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:
**Education**:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

**Experience**:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate environment.

**Technical Skills**:Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

**Analytical Skills**:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

**Communication**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Organizational Skills**:Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
