**About the job**:

- Greeting guests in an appropriate manner, and making them comfortable.
- Escorting guest to meet concerned person in the office.
- Relaying guest’s arrival to concerned person in the office.
- Instructing office boys to attend to the guests needs.
- Assisting other departments in any task related to couriers, parcels, etc.
- Arranging couriers to be dispatched as per requirement.
- Keeping written track of all Inbound and Outbound couriers.
- Co-ordinating incoming labels from printers with concerned person and sending to concerned places by appropriate couriers.
- Conveying tasks given by management to office runners.
- Pre-ordering office stationery as per previous use.
- Storying office stationery in a proper manner.
- Updating reporting manager regarding required maintenance work in the office.
- Supervising/checking on-going maintenance work in the office.

**Ideal requirement**:

- Can converse in English.
- Working knowledge of Computer (MS Excel, MS Word)

**Salary**: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
