Responsibilities:
1. Provide enterprise level technical support for PLM engineering user base. Solving Data Issues with MQL
2. Functional support for enhancement, development, implementation, migration, and upgrade of CATIA/ENOVIA V6
4. Working with Dassault Systems Technical Support - MQL, Trace Analysis
5. Interface both internally and with vendor technical channels on troubleshooting bugs, fixes and other issues and communicate the resolutions to affected users.
6. Provide support to end users with references to incidents, regarding issues & queries related to
methodology, process, and tool.
7. Resolving engineering design release related issues and making sure on time delivery.
8. Gap analysis between current requirement and user use case.
9.Understand the business needs of PLM user & raise evolution
to Business Group
