Job Title: Travel Sales Consultant (English/Spanish/Bilingual)
Location: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi
**Salary**: Up to ₹70,000 per month + Lucrative Incentives (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Benefits: Cab and Food Facilities
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Sales targeting the US market
Education: Undergraduate/Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Meet with clients to determine travel needs, budgets, and preferences.
- Sales Execution: Sell and coordinate transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours, and activities.
- Advisory Services: Advise clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities.
- Booking Management: Collect payments, book travel arrangements, and pay applicable fees.
- Issue Resolution: Handle travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds.
- Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with travel and tour vendors.
**Required Skills**:
- Communication: Proficiency in English and/or Spanish, with strong verbal and written skills.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a PPC model.
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple bookings and client requests efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Aptitude for resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Pay: ₹40,462.23 - ₹70,000.00 per month
