**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential freelancing projects on various platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
- Research client requirements, project scope, and competition to prepare tailored proposals that meet client needs and demonstrate our capabilities.
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals highlighting our strengths, expertise, and value proposition.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and engage in discussions with clients to overcome objections and close deals.
- Collaborate with the internal team to gather necessary information and resources for proposal preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of bids, proposals, and client communications using CRM or project management tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in freelancing platforms and bidding strategies.
- Meet or exceed targets for acquiring new projects and generating revenue for the company.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bidder or Business Development Executive in the freelancing or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of freelancing platforms and bidding processes, with a successful track record of winning projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to effectively communicate value and close deals.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets and deadlines.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and proposals simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in sales or business development is a plus.
