**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bidding & Proposal Writing**:

- Identify and bid on relevant IT projects on **Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other job portals**:

- Write **customized, well-researched, and persuasive** proposals to win projects
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow up with clients
- **Client Communication & Negotiation**:

- Understand project requirements and communicate effectively with clients
- Negotiate pricing and timelines while ensuring profitability
- Build long-term relationships with potential clients
- **Market Research & Strategy**:

- Identify trending IT services and adapt bidding strategies accordingly
- Research competitor pricing and client expectations
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with the technical team to understand service offerings
- Maintain a record of bids, proposals, and client interactions
- Provide weekly reports on bidding performance and revenue generation

**Requirements**:
**Experience in online bidding** on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or PeoplePerHour
Strong understanding of IT services such as **web development, mobile apps, software solutions, and digital marketing.**
Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** in English
Ability to write **tailored, engaging, and client-focused proposals**
Strong **negotiation and persuasion** skills
Knowledge of **pricing strategies** and competitive market analysis
Ability to work independently and meet targets

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in IT sales, business development, or freelancing.
- Knowledge of project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira
- Basic understanding of SEO, UI/UX, and software development life cycle
