**About the Company**:
We are a growing IT company specializing in **web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, WordPress, Shopify, and custom software solutions**. We are looking for a proactive **Online Bidder / Business Development Executive** to join our energetic team and help us expand our client base globally.

The **Online Bidder** will be responsible for identifying business opportunities through online platforms like **Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels.** You’ll handle the complete bidding process — from proposal writing to client communication and project closure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects using online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.).
- Write clear, customized, and persuasive proposals according to client needs.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team for solution delivery.
- Manage end-to-end project discussions — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business opportunities.
- Meet monthly targets and business goals.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience as an Online Bidder, BDE, or in IT Business Development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as Web Development, App Development, and Digital Solutions.
- Familiarity with platforms like **Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator**.
- Ability to draft professional and engaging proposals.
- Strong negotiation, time management, and client-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
