We are seeking an experienced bidder to join our team and play a crucial role in acquiring new projects and opportunities for our company. As an experienced bidder, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and direct client engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential clients and projects that align with the company's expertise and offerings.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through effective prospecting and networking activities.
- Create compelling proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to the specific needs and requirements of clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical experts, to ensure proposals are comprehensive, accurate, and competitive.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to inform bidding strategies and decision-making.
- Track and analyze bid performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as a bidder or proposal manager in the IT industry, with a successful track record of winning projects and contracts.
- In-depth understanding of IT services, solutions, and technologies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Proficiency in using online bidding platforms and tools such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and processes.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities, as required.

**Salary**: ₹13,923.75 - ₹17,247.97 per month
