- Understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines to ensure high-quality bid submissions.
- Work closely with the technical team to align proposals with company capabilities and service offerings.
- Negotiate project terms and budgets with clients.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in online bidding and proposal writing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital services, web development, design, and IT outsourcing.
- Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
