We are seeking a motivated **Online Bidder** with **1 year of experience** to join our dynamic team. As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for managing and securing online business opportunities through freelancing platforms. You will work closely with the project management and sales teams to ensure that the company consistently wins competitive bids and grows its online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and respond to relevant project bids on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer
- Craft compelling proposals and tailor them to meet client requirements, highlighting the company's strengths and expertise.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to optimize bidding strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Use online tools to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- **1 year of experience** in online bidding
- Strong **written and verbal communication skills**:

- Knowledge of **bidding strategies**, proposal writing, and client engagement techniques.
- **Self-motivated** with a goal-oriented

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
