We are looking for an experienced Online Bidder with over 3 years of proven experience to enhance our bidding strategies and secure projects on various online platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying bidding opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and managing the bidding process to win new business. Your expertise will play a key role in driving our growth and maintaining our competitive edge.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate new bidding opportunities on online platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Guru).
- Develop and submit high-quality proposals and bids tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and project scope.
- Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to create accurate and competitive bids.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with potential clients to secure contracts.
- Monitor and analyze bidding performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a detailed record of bid activity and outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in online bidding and business development.
- Proven track record of winning projects and securing contracts through online bidding platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in proposal writing and negotiation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Familiarity with online bidding platforms and tools.
