**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations on behalf of the executive team.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and special events, including arranging venues, catering, and logistics.
- Maintain confidential files and records, including sensitive information related to executive communications and business activities.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring that they are well-maintained and stocked.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial documents for the executive team.
- Conduct research and gather information as requested by the executive team to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team to ensure timely and effective communication and collaboration.
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the executive team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
- years of experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and communications.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and appearance, with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,552.30 - ₹52,003.09 per month
