The E-Commerce Assistant supports the daily operations of the online store, ensuring smooth and efficient management of the e-commerce platform. This role involves managing product listings, processing orders, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting with marketing campaigns to drive sales and improve customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Management**:

- Upload and maintain product listings on the e-commerce platform(s), including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Ensure product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search visibility (SEO).
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to avoid out-of-stock situations.
- **Order Processing**:

- Process customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse/shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policy.
- **Customer Service**:

- Resolve complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a positive shopping experience for customers.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Track campaign performance and prepare reports for the e-commerce manager.
- Support content creation for blog posts, banners, and newsletters.
- **Website Maintenance**:

- Monitor website functionality, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with the technical team to fix issues such as broken links or bugs.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior.
- Provide insights to improve sales performance and optimize the online store.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain records of sales, orders, and customer interactions.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the e-commerce manager.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon,Myntra, WooCommerce, Pepperfry,unicommerce etc.).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
