Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the daily management and optimization of online stores across platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart).
- Support the uploading and updating of product listings, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategies and pricing.
- Help analyze sales performance and generate reports on key metrics (conversion rates, traffic, revenue).
- Assist in managing promotions, discounts, and other marketing campaigns to drive online sales.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, inventory) to ensure seamless product listings and website functionality.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on various e-commerce platforms.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams for timely stock replenishment.
- Contribute ideas for improving user experience, site navigation, and product pages.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart) and digital marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior internship or experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related areas.
- Knowledge of content management, social media marketing, or graphic design is advantageous.
- Hands on experience on excel.
