**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the management and maintenance of the eCommerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento) to ensure smooth operation and functionality.
- Manage the product catalogue, including product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Ensure product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
- Monitor and analyze eCommerce metrics, including sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behaviour.
- Prepare regular reports on eCommerce performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional online experiences.
- Act as the main point of contact with various e-commerce marketplaces to manage onboarding and go-live processes.
- Ensure timely updates of product listings, pricing, and promotions across all platforms.
- Monitor platform-specific requirements and ensure compliance.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the company website with new products, features, and content. Identify areas for improvement and work with technical teams to implement changes.
- **Partnership Development**: -Identify and onboard new partners to expand the company’s e-commerce platform presence. - Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual growth.
- **Fulfilment Coordination**: -Serve as the primary liaison with fulfilment centres to ensure efficient order processing and delivery. -Troubleshoot and resolve logístical issues in coordination with fulfilment teams.
- **Stakeholder Management**: -Collaborate with managers from different e-commerce platforms to align business goals and performance metrics. -Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on project progress and e-commerce performance.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years-5 years of experience in e-commerce coordination or a similar role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., myntra and website management tools).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
- Experience in fulfillment operations is a plus.

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
