**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback scores.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate (as per company requirement).
- Prior experience in customer support (preferred but not mandatory for fresher roles).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts (if applicable).
