**Job Description**:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Odia Voice Process Executives. As a fresher, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the necessary skills and knowledge required for the role. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls in the Odia language, assisting customers with their queries, providing product/service information, and resolving issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls in Odia, maintaining professionalism and delivering excellent customer service.

Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions in a timely manner.

Follow company policies and procedures while interacting with customers and recording information accurately.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.

Continuously strive to improve personal and team performance through training and feedback sessions.

Adhere to performance metrics such as call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

**Requirements**:
Fluency in spoken and written Odia is essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Prior experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred but not mandatory for freshers.
