**Exciting Career Opportunity: Process Executive (Voice Process) - Night Shift | Kolkata Office**

**About the Company**:
A leading **Houston, Texas (USA)-based logistics company** is expanding its global team and looking for **dynamic and dedicated Process Executives** to join our **Kolkata office**. You’ll play a key role in managing the company’s **international hiring program** and delivering top-notch customer interaction experiences.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **inbound calls** with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Post and manage job listings** on leading job boards and portals.
- Prepare and maintain **daily MIS reports** and update internal databases.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure hiring objectives are met.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in **international voice process (BPO/KPO)**.
- Prior exposure to **overseas or U.S.based recruitment** is a strong advantage.
- **Excellent English communication skills** - both verbal and written - with a **neutral accent**.
- Ability to handle work pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
- **Immediate joiners preferred.**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
