**Responsibilities**:
- **IT Filing**:
- Manage IT filing requirements for the company, including hardware & software licensing, server maintenance, and network security.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant IT regulations and ensure compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues for staff.
- **GST Filing**:
- Prepare and submit accurate GST returns on a timely basis for the company and clients (if applicable).
- Maintain proper records and documentation for GST purposes.
- Liaise with the tax authorities as needed.
- **Customer Relations**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients and on the phone.
- Effectively handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively identify and upsell additional products or services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM system.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in GST filing procedures and relevant accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred.
