Position: Office Administrator
Location: Nagercoil
Department: Admin
Roles and Responsibilities (And not limited to):
- * Oversee office supplies inventory and order new materials when necessary.
- Ensure office equipment (printers, computers, phones, etc.) is maintained and functional.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization standards.
Manage budgets related to office expenses.
Maintain employee records and confidentiality.
- Liaise with accounting or finance teams regarding office expenses.
- Support planning and execution of company events, conferences, and training sessions.
- Coordinate with IT for data protection and security policies.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Key Skills and Qualities:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Time management and multitasking ability.
- Attention to detail and discretion.
- Problem-solving and adaptability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
