Create Project Master Data of Work Breakdown Structure Element (WBS), Functional Location / Equipment, Work center for each prospective or realized SIG Combibloc filling line project. Create and close inactive orders for service / spare parts

Plan (MRP) / purchase from overseas and local suppliers to maintain adequate spare parts inventories and control from receiving to dispatching

Coordinate / delegate the acquisition of supplier shipping documentation, formulation of CBAS shipping documents as required by the Filling Line Contract, and timely submission of documents to either bank or customer, as identified in the Contract

Create billing invoice to customer in accordance with Contractual Agreement, or service request and monitoring of incoming invoices / creation of Goods Received and Goods Issued within SAP System

Provide centralized support to issue Purchase Order (PO), Purchase Requisition (PR) through SAP system, and E100 for filler / equipment / spare parts (based on PR issued)

Track order report / follow-up order confirmation with all suppliers and respective equipment ensuring on-time delivery according to project or to minimize downtime on filling line equipment. Proactive follow-up of urgently needed parts

Efficient handling, coordination, follow-up and reporting of equipment / spare part claims

Handle ISO issues and internal auditing for document control, including distribution of technical documentation concerning spare parts and service. Manage and update project document file and distribute as necessary.

Accomplish any special, regular or assignment task as given by supervisor and inline with company interests
