The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting project execution, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring successful on-time delivery. This role involves managing documentation, preparing schedules and reports, conducting project meetings, and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day project activities.Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.- Track project progress, timelines, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and documentation.- Conduct project meetings, record minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.- Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain clarity.- Assist in risk identification, issue tracking, and escalation management.- Support implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of project processes.Qualifications & Skills- Strong skills in project coordination, communication, and cross-team collaboration.- Ability to track and monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.- Experience in creating project plans, schedules, documentation, and reports.- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset.- Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.- PMP certification is a plus and will be considered an advantage.
