**Job Title: Executive
- Project Coordinator**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage the execution of various projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and adjusting plans as necessary
- Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders, communicating project updates and risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are aligned with organizational objectives
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes
- Ensure all project activities comply with company policies and procedures
**Projects to be managed**:
**JFO Enhanced Program**:
- Maintain and coordinate schedules for the program
- Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to communicate program progress and risks
- Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed
- Ensure the timelines are maintained for each phase and stage of the training program
**Local Fatigue Safety Action Group (LFSAG)**:
- Coordinate meetings for all members of LFSAG on a monthly basis.
- Maintain project plans and schedules for the project
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings between Leadership Pilots and stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation, including progress reports and meeting minutes
**Scheduling Committee**:
- Coordinate meetings for all members of Scheduling Committee on a monthly basis.
- Prepare adequate data that needs to be shared with the Scheduling Committee every month.
- Maintain MOM and follow up all open items for closure
**Coordination of Webinars, Town Halls and Open Houses**:
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules for webinars, town halls and open houses
- Coordinate the logistics for webinars, town halls and open houses, including scheduling, invitations, and technical support
**Pilot Peer Support Program**:
- Maintain project schedules for the program
- Document policies and procedures for pilot peer support services and counseling resources
- Maintain project documentation, including progress reports and meeting minutes
**Mentoring Program**:
- Maintain training schedules and meetings for the mentoring program
- Maintain project documentation, including progress reports and meeting minutes
**Other Team Projects**:
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to maintain project plans, schedules
- Coordinate project activities and tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Monitor project progress and identify risks and issues

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of project coordination experience
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the aviation industry will be an added advantage
