**Customer Service executive**:
We are looking smart and dynamic individual who has good verbal and written communication. With minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Freight forwarding business.
He/She should have good exposure of all aspects of freight forwarding business and

Knowledge about customs procedures and port operations.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Responsible for day to day management of customer service operations, by providing optimal customer services to all clients/agents.

Capability to handle freight forwarding operations & customer service independently without supervision.

**EXPERIENCE***: 1yr - 3yrs

**JOB DETAILS** o In-depth knowledge about import /export /cross trade business by Sea freight & Air freight o Experience in rate & service negotiations with Shipping lines /airlines and overseas agents o Promptly service customer with best rates o Follow up with customer for booking closures o After the booking is received follow up with agent for the status of the shipment o Coordination with all outside parties involved for smooth handling of each shipment o Check draft documents and get them corrected if required also sending them to clearance team for confirmation o Tracking the shipments and giving time to time updates to consignee o A good understanding of export, import products and various operational processes o Diligent & possess time management skills o Process driven o On job experience of international freight forwarding job costing and quotations.
- Coordinating with various stake holder and request for rates from agents/NVOCC/co
- loaders/shipping lines. o Coordinating with the respective departments & stake holder within the organization to ensure smooth handling of each shipment.

**Qualification**:
Any graduation. Diploma/MBA in international business is plus

**Salary**: Industry standard. We have good incentive plan

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
