**Responsibilities**

- Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, generating leads, and establishing strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Manage existing accounts through proactive account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct B2B sales activities, including cold calling, product demos, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Oversee territory management, ensuring optimal coverage and resource allocation to maximize sales potential.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports for strategic planning.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote products and services, including digital campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Engage in technical sales by demonstrating product features, providing solutions-based consultations, and supporting customer inquiries.
- Lead lead generation efforts through targeted outreach, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Foster excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and maintaining professional relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales pipelines and forecast future sales performance to inform strategic decisions.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, and account management within a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing sales territories and executing territory sales strategies.
- Strong background in marketing, with a focus on technology or industrial sales.
- Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to manage customer data and sales processes.
- Skilled in technical sales, product demonstrations, and upselling techniques.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, develop insights, and implement action plans.
- Prior management experience leading sales teams and driving performance.
- Familiarity with retail sales, inside sales, and cold calling strategies is a plus.
