Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our business growth initiatives and expand our market presence In this pivotal role you will develop and execute strategic sales plans spearhead marketing campaigns and manage key client relationships across diverse industries Your passion for sales combined with your expertise in management and business development will drive revenue growth and elevate our brand visibility This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our company s trajectory through innovative strategies dynamic team leadership and a focus on customer success Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets across assigned territories and markets Lead and manage a high-performing sales team providing coaching training and motivation to meet and exceed sales goals Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities generating leads and establishing strong relationships with prospective clients Manage existing accounts through proactive account management ensuring customer satisfaction retention and upselling opportunities Conduct B2B sales activities including cold calling product demos and negotiations to close deals effectively Oversee territory management ensuring optimal coverage and resource allocation to maximize sales potential Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities analyze data and generate reports for strategic planning Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote products and services including digital campaigns trade shows and promotional events Engage in technical sales by demonstrating product features providing solutions-based consultations and supporting customer inquiries Lead lead generation efforts through targeted outreach networking and leveraging industry contacts Conduct market analysis to identify trends competitor activities and customer needs to refine sales approaches Foster excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and maintaining professional relationships Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction Manage sales pipelines and forecast future sales performance to inform strategic decisions Experience Proven experience in outside sales business development and account management within a B2B environment Demonstrated success in managing sales territories and executing territory sales strategies Strong background in marketing with a focus on technology or industrial sales Experience with CRM software particularly Salesforce to manage customer data and sales processes Skilled in technical sales product demonstrations and upselling techniques Excellent negotiation communication and customer service skills Ability to analyze sales data develop insights and implement action plans Prior management experience leading sales teams and driving performance Familiarity with retail sales inside sales and cold calling strategies is a plus A proactive energetic approach with a passion for exceeding targets and fostering client relationships Join us and be part of a vibrant team committed to growth innovation and delivering exceptional value to our clients Your expertise will help shape our success story as we continue to expand our reach and impact in the industry Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
