**Lead Generation**:Drive efforts to generate leads, aiming to achieve a minimum of 10 times the targeted revenue in the relevant verticals.
Identify potential clients and cultivate relationships to expand the client base.
**Revenue Goals**:Set and surpass revenue goals through strategic planning, relationship-building, and effective sales strategies.
**Contract Negotiation and Closure**:Negotiate, review, and finalize contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
**Growth Strategies**:Drive both organic and inorganic growth by identifying opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue.
**Costing and Pricing**:Determine competitive pricing strategies that align with company goals and market dynamics.
**Client Feedback and Satisfaction**:Gather monthly feedback from clients to ensure their satisfaction with services and address any concerns promptly.
**Market Intelligence**:Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
**Receivables Management**:Oversee the management of receivables, ensuring timely payments from clients.
**Operational Coordination**:Collaborate with operations teams to establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for prospects and clients.
**Presentations**:Develop and update presentations for clients and prospects.
Deliver sales presentations to clients, prospects, and internal management.
**Sales Tracking**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities through management information systems (MIS).
**Client Relationship Management**:Maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand their business growth and assess their future cold chain logistics needs.
**Client Records**:Organize and manage comprehensive records of client interactions and agreements.
**Client Query Resolution**:Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- **Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the cold chain industry, with a focus on cold warehousing.**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification.
- Age between 28 to 40 years.
- Proven track record of generating leads, meeting revenue targets, and successfully closing contracts.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
**Salary**: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year

- Cold storage sales: 5 years (required)
