**Job Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

**Responsibility**:

- Establish relationship with new customer and maintain and grow relationship with existing customers
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Perform cold calling to attract potential customer
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complains to maximize satisfaction
- Follow up the customer about payments
- Coordinate sales efforts with team and other departments
- Other sales support activities defined by the management time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
