**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Team Management**:

- Organize and facilitate regular team meetings to review performance, share strategies, and ensure alignment of marketing efforts and sales objectives.
- Establish and track team performance metrics, ensuring individual and collective goals are met and adjusted as necessary.
- **Sales Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase property sales and market share.
- Identify target markets and segment customer demographics to improve lead generation.
- Oversee the execution of sales strategies, ensuring team members are following best practices to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to adjust strategies based on market trends and client feedback.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Guide the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, online advertisements, and presentations.
- Manage the company's social media presence, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with overall brand messaging.
- Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- **Client Engagement & Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and real estate partners, while guiding the team in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Serve as a key point of contact for high-value clients, offering personalized support and overseeing the buying process from initial inquiry through post-sale.
- Lead the development of strategies to retain clients, encourage referrals, and drive repeat business.
- Ensure all client communications are handled with professionalism, timely responses, and solutions-oriented approaches.
- **Market Research & Competitive Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market pricing.
- Analyze buyer behavior and preferences, and adjust marketing strategies and sales approaches to meet client needs.
- Lead the team in reviewing and evaluating market data, ensuring all decisions are based on up-to-date and relevant information.
- **Property Showings & Events**:

- Oversee and participate in property showings, open houses, and private viewings, ensuring properties are presented to potential buyers effectively.
- Organize and manage real estate events, both online and in-person, including open houses, virtual tours, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure properties are staged and marketed in a way that maximizes appeal to buyers.
- **Collaboration with Team Members & Real Estate Developer**:

- Work closely with real estate agents, ensuring the alignment of sales strategies with marketing efforts.
- Guide the team in providing agents with the necessary resources, training, and support to effectively present properties to potential buyers.
- Foster strong relationships with agents, ensuring clear communication and efficient sales processes.
- **Reporting & Performance Analysis**:

- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing and sales performance, including key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and sales outcomes.
- Provide insights into how to improve sales performance and refine marketing strategies.
- Use performance data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective action to ensure goals are achieved.
- **Client Satisfaction & Retention**:

- Lead efforts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention by overseeing post-purchase follow-ups and addressing any client concerns.
- Develop and implement strategies to foster long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure that all team members follow up promptly and professionally with clients, addressing needs and providing solutions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 12th's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate sales and/or marketing, with at least 0-3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, sales cycles, and buyer behavior.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team, with a focus on developing talent and achieving goals.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creative with an ability to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
