**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning & Execution**:
- Develop and execute local marketing plans aligned with overall company and product strategies.
- Identify key customer segments and tailor marketing initiatives to meet their specific needs.
- Monitor regional trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adapt marketing approaches.
- **Event Management**:
- Plan, organize, and execute local events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and promotional materials.
- **Sales Enablement Support**:
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing activities align with sales goals.
- Create and distribute sales support materials such as brochures, presentations, and other promotional collateral.
- Organize and support local trade shows, exhibitions, and retail marketing campaigns..
- **Market Research & Reporting**:
- Gather and analyze local market data and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
- Provide insights into campaign performance and local market dynamics.
- Create regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- **Budget Management**:
- Manage the allocated marketing budget for regional activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure optimal use of resources for maximum impact in the field.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:
- Work closely with the central marketing team to share feedback, coordinate activities, and align on overarching brand strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and customer service to drive marketing initiatives.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:
- 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, brand management, or related roles.
- Proven track record of executing successful regional marketing campaigns.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- **Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
**Should be comfortable for Field work/operations as well.**
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
