We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales & marketing Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales representatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries. Experience: 5 - 6 years

**Salary**: Negotiable

Location: Greater Noida Near Metro Station Delta-I

Preference: Having experience in Steel Industry/ Product Sales & Marketing

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base.

Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the company’s products or services.

Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring that they meet both the client's needs and the company's profitability goals.

Sales Reporting: Track sales performance against targets, prepare regular sales reports, and provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs.
