Marketing Executive The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the company s mechanical construction services building strong client relationships identifying business opportunities and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets The role involves market research client outreach proposal preparation and coordination of marketing campaigns tailored to the construction industry Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the mechanical construction sector industrial infrastructure MEP projects etc Conduct market research to understand industry trends competitors and potential clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants and contractors Prepare and present company profiles proposals and marketing materials to prospective clients Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals Attend industry events exhibitions and networking meetings to promote the company s services Manage digital marketing activities including website updates social media and online campaigns Support tendering and bidding processes by providing relevant market insights and client data Monitor and report marketing performance ROI and lead generation results Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or Engineering preferred Mechanical 2-5 years of experience in marketing or business development preferably in construction or MEP Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to understand technical project requirements and translate them into marketing strategies Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
