About the position We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team and play a vital role in the planning and execution of marketing strategies for managing online offline campaigns B2B events content creation and lead generation The ideal candidate should have a background in marketing Key Responsibilities Support and manage end-to-end execution of events exhibitions trade shows and marketing activations Learn and assist in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless coordination between marketing initiatives and on-ground events Assist in the development and execution of social media and digital marketing campaigns across platforms Meta Google LinkedIn etc Run and manage paid advertising campaigns monitoring performance and optimizing for better ROI Work and prepare internal communication reports to align teams and stakeholders Support in developing promotional materials and marketing collateral for on-site and online use Aid in market research and audience segmentation to better target marketing efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute promotional activities Support content creation for digital platforms including blogs emails social media posts and website content Utilize AI-based marketing tools and automation platforms to increase efficiency and output Analyze marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements using key data insights Provide regular reports on key marketing metrics and actionable insights to optimize future campaigns Required Skills Qualification Graduate with a degree in Marketing or a related field MBA preferred Strong communication skills both written and verbal Passion for marketing and eagerness to learn Team player with adaptability to a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office marketing tools familiarity is a plus Hands-on knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT Canva AI Jasper etc to improve workflow and productivity Job Type Full-time Pay 30 346 17 - 45 395 64 per month Benefits Health insurance Language English Preferred Work Location In person
