Job Title Marketing Sales Executive Location Greater Noida Job Type Full-Time On-site Immediate Joiners in 20 Days Preferred Brand Gemeria Hair FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY About the role Gemeria Hair is seeking a dynamic well-presented Marketing Sales Executive to join our in-house team This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty social media and customer experience and is eager to contribute across multiple touchpoints of a luxury D2C brand Marketing Social Media Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand visibility engagement and customer acquisition Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms Create visually appealing on-brand content graphics stories reels captions carousels for scheduled and campaign posts Monitor trends algorithm updates and competitor activity to optimize content and engagement Actively respond to DMs comments and customer queries on all social platforms with a luxury brand tone Collaborate with the content and design teams to execute product launches and integrated campaigns Design and manage emailers newsletters for product promotions and announcements Track performance using social media analytics and generate weekly monthly reports Sales Customer Interaction Conduct video and in-person consultations with Indian and international customers Recommend suitable products and convert inquiries into confirmed sales Handle customer queries related to products orders trials and returns professionally Process regular PR and influencer orders with accuracy and coordinate with the operations team for fulfillment Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value and repeat customers Follow up on abandoned checkouts warm leads and trial requests to drive conversions Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets maintain records of activities and results Influencer PR Coordination Identify and manage relevant influencers barter paid aligned with brand values Coordinate PR packages send-outs track content performance and ensure timely campaign execution Brand Support Events Collaborate with internal teams for shoot planning content creation and inventory coordination Support exhibitions and events including logistics setup product display and client handling Assist in model product shoots and help ensure high-quality visuals for digital use Requirements 1-3 years of experience in marketing social media customer-facing or sales roles beauty fashion industry preferred Excellent communication skills written and spoken in English and Hindi Confident on video calls and presentable for luxury clientele Familiarity with Shopify social media tools and influencer marketing Creative detail-oriented and results-driven Self-motivated quick to adapt and able to multitask Must be based in Greater Noida and available for full-time in-office work from Monday to Saturday Note This role may evolve based on brand needs We are looking for someone adaptable proactive and excited to grow with us Why Join Gemeria Hair We re a fast-growing women-led beauty brand redefining how hair extensions wigs are experienced You ll work in a creative and collaborative environment where ideas are celebrated innovation is encouraged and your work truly makes an impact You ll gain hands-on experience across 360 brand marketing from social media and influencer campaigns to sales content creation and event execution How to Apply Send your resume portfolio or content samples to hr gemeriahair in or apply directly on this platform Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Application Question s Will you be able to relocate to Greater Noida Uttar Pradesh for this job Have you handled marketplaces like Myntra Nykaa Amazon How many years of Retail Apparel and Fashion experience do you currently have Experience Retail sales 1 year Required Email marketing 1 year Required whatsapp marketing 1 year Required Social media management 1 year Required Direct sales 1 year Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 01 06 2025 Expected Start Date 15 06 2025
