**Accessories Executive - Automotive Company**
**Position Overview**:
As an Accessories Executive at our four-wheeler automotive company, you will be responsible for managing the development, marketing, and sales of automotive accessories designed to enhance our vehicles' functionality, aesthetics, and overall customer experience. You will work closely with various departments including product development, marketing, sales, and procurement to ensure the successful introduction and promotion of accessories across our product line.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Accessory Development**:
- Collaborate with product development teams to identify opportunities for new accessories or enhancements to existing ones.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitor offerings.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to design, prototype, and produce high-quality accessories.
- Ensure accessories comply with regulatory standards and company guidelines.
**Sales and Distribution**:
- Work closely with the sales team to incorporate accessories into vehicle sales packages and upsell opportunities.
- Develop pricing strategies for accessories that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
- Identify and establish distribution channels for accessories including dealerships, online platforms, and specialty retailers.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage the replenishment process to ensure availability of accessories for customers.
**Customer Support**:
- Provide assistance to customers regarding accessory options, installation procedures, and troubleshooting.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collect feedback from customers regarding accessory performance and preferences, and relay this information to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience in product management, marketing, or sales within the automotive industry, preferably in accessories or aftermarket products.
- Strong understanding of automotive accessories market trends, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, trade shows, or customer visits.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
