This role involves prospecting, lead management, order fulfillment, and channel partner support across the motorcycle accessories segment.Responsibilities:- Identify and onboard new dealers and institutional clients.- Manage ongoing communication with B2B customers and partners.- Create and present product pitches and sales proposals.- Coordinate bulk orders and ensure timely fulfillment.- Monitor dealer performance and support sales targets.- Maintain CRM records and track B2B sales pipeline.- Participate in dealer meets, trade shows, and roadshows.- Collaborate with marketing to generate dealer-specific offers.Requirements:- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.- Good command over Excel, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.- Understanding of the premium motorcycle ecosystem is a strong advantage.Key Attributes:- Results-driven approach.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Analytical and target-oriented.- Ability to manage multiple dealer accounts.- Team player with high accountability.
