**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough research and data collection on the new lithium business sector, including market trends, competitors, supply chain dynamics, regulatory landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Gather data from a variety of sources, both quantitative and qualitative, including industry reports, social media platforms, government databases, financial statements, and more.
- Utilize various research methodologies to ensure accuracy and relevance of the collected data.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Monitor social media channels and industry forums to identify trends, sentiment, and consumer behaviors related to lithium products and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize research findings and contribute to the development of business strategies.
- Create visually appealing and informative reports, presentations, and dashboards that effectively communicate research findings to different stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the lithium industry, market trends, and technological advancements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of research processes, data collection methods, and analytical tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Market Research, or a related field.
- Proven experience in research and data analysis, preferably in the field of emerging technologies or new businesses.
- Strong proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques, including the use of statistical software and Excel.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools for gathering insights and sentiment analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges.
- Familiarity with the lithium industry, battery technologies, electric vehicles, and renewable energy trends is a plus.
