**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify investment opportunities in the share market.
- Analyze financial reports, stock performance, and market trends to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor the latest news and updates affecting the stock market and financial markets globally.
- **Client Advisory Support**:

- Assist senior advisors in creating tailored investment strategies and financial plans for clients.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and investment portfolio reviews for clients.
- Assist clients in understanding share market trends, risks, and potential returns through effective communication and education.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing timely updates and addressing their queries.
- Follow up on prospective clients and assist with onboarding.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and seek feedback to continuously improve services.
- **Administrative & Operational Support**:

- Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing client reports, and handling data entry.
- Help ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies related to share market advisory services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (research, compliance, legal) to streamline operations.
- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and lead generation for the advisory services.
- Help in marketing and promoting the firm’s services through various channels, including social media, seminars, and networking events.
- Assist in preparing proposals and pitch decks for potential clients.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in share market advisory, financial services, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the stock market, investment products, and financial analysis.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software/tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Sales-driven with a passion for client service.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
