**Job Summary**
As a Channel Partner, you’ll identify and develop franchisees, working closely with school management, preschool owners, and investors. Your goal is to build successful, profitable franchises.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and engage potential franchisees
- Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective franchisees
- Present and evaluate franchise opportunities
- Support franchisees for success
- Achieve franchise sales goals
- Ensure franchise compliance and quality
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in franchise development, preferably in the educational sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
**Pay Structure**:
- 0-25 Schools: ₹15,000 per school
- 26+ Schools: ₹25,000 per school
- ₹5,000 per month per school for execution and support(constant pay till you are working with Smart Ed)
**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
