**What will you do?**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that improve website visibility and drive organic traffic growth.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify the most valuable keywords and phrases to target for SEO optimization.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure website content is optimized for target keywords and follows SEO best practices.
- Work with web development teams to ensure website architecture and technical elements are optimized for SEO.
- Perform regular website audits and identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as site speed, mobile optimization, and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms, and incorporate new strategies into the overall SEO plan.
- Analyze website and SEO performance data to track progress towards goals, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide SEO guidance and recommendations to internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent, effective optimization across all channels.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package. The SEO Strategist will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with internal teams. **Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
