Our team is currently seeking **for the role of Content Strategist** to join our team. As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, SEO, design, and product—to create compelling, high-quality content that resonates with our audience, drives engagement, and supports business objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with the company's goals, brand voice, and target audience.
- Conduct thorough research to identify audience needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure content strategies incorporate SEO best practices and are optimized for search engines.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency in tone and messaging.
- Oversee content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Use data analytics to track the performance of content, including engagement, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Optimize content based on performance insights and A/B testing results.
- Continuously refine content strategy to improve ROI and meet KPIs.
- Work closely with SEO specialists to optimize content for search visibility.
- Partner with product, design, and social media teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and engages audiences across all platforms.
- Lead content brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new content initiatives.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and voice across all channels.
- Maintain a content library and knowledge base for easy access and reuse.

**Required Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

Very High Proficiency in Reading & Writing in both Telugu and English.

Should be able to scan political narratives across digital platforms.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related field. Experience in managing large-scale content projects or campaigns is preferred.
- **Writing and Editing Skills**: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with a keen eye for detail. Strong ability to convey complex information in a clear, engaging, and accessible manner.
- **Project Management**: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage relationships with stakeholders, and effectively communicate ideas and strategies.
- **Creative Thinking**: Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for developing innovative content ideas.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
