Would you like to help some of the world’s leading companies communicate more effectively with their customers and employees? Are you a strategic thinker and natural storyteller? Can you write copy which is clear, concise, and engaging? Blink is looking for an experienced Content Strategist to help our research and design teams deliver great experiences for users and positive outcomes for our clients. You’ll be responsible for leading content strategy engagements, working with our business development team to identify new opportunities, and helping your fellow Blinkers showcase their work through great storytelling.

**What you will be doing**:

- Lead content strategy projects and activities, often as part of a multidisciplinary design engagement.
- Conduct content audits, define content journeys, and develop resulting content strategies and insights.
- Relentlessly champion the customer and the experiences they have with the content you create—how they find it, how they consume it, and how they use it to make decisions.
- Leverage data and market insights for decision making including content optimization and new concept development.
- Work with fellow Blinkers and our marketing team to showcase our work with great presentations and engaging storytelling.

**What we're looking for**:

- Strong customer-centric mindset and demonstrated ability to put the customer first.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with program performance tracking and communications.
- A demonstrated track record of business impact through content.
- Well-versed in digital marketing best practices, including journey mapping.
- Deep understanding of content disciplines, including SEO, content strategy, and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6+ years of relevant work experience
