Job Overview:
As a Brand and Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies and content marketing plans to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and marketing, to ensure the brand's voice is consistent across all touchpoints. This role is applicable for Techadlien Private Limited and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company’s vision, mission, and goals.
- Create and manage content strategies across multiple platforms (website, social media, blogs, etc.).
- Craft compelling and engaging content that resonates with target audiences, maintains brand integrity, and drives engagement.
- Conduct audience research and brand positioning analysis to ensure content is tailored to customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with designers, product teams, and other departments to ensure cohesive branding and content delivery.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns.
- Lead content creation projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Manage content calendars and coordinate the delivery of assets for campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and content marketing best practices.
- Implement SEO best practices and optimize content for search engine visibility.
- Ensure all brand messaging is consistent, clear, and aligned with the overall company narrative.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in brand strategy, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling, engaging content.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to content marketing.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for branding.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or HubSpot.

Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.

Previous experience in a specific industry is a bonus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
