**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and audience needs.
- Conduct audience research to understand their preferences and tailor content accordingly.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure a cohesive content strategy across all platforms.
- SEO-Rich Content Creation:

- Write and edit high-quality, SEO-optimized content for the website, blogs, reports, and other digital platforms.
- Perform keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to optimize content effectively.
- Social Media Marketing:

- Develop and manage content for various social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with SEO and overall marketing strategies.
- Engage with the online community and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of content and adjust strategies as needed.

**Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content.
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools and provide insights for improvement.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new content opportunities.
- Team Collaboration and Training:

- Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on SEO and social media best practices.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative content ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, content management systems, and social media platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
- Ability to create engaging and informative content tailored to various audiences.
- Proficient in using analytics tools to measure content performance.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,747.54 - ₹45,000.00 per month
