We’re looking for a **Content Strategist and Editor**who sees content as a growth lever. You’ll own our content roadmap across SEO, thought leadership, product education, and demand generation. If you’ve built content engines before; this role is for you.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Build and own a content strategy aligned to business goals (traffic, MQLs, product adoption)
- Lead a cross-functional editorial process with writers, designers, and PMMs to produce SEO-driven and sales-enablement content
- Conduct topic and keyword research to identify SEO and user-intent opportunities
- Collaborate with product, growth, and brand teams to shape narratives and messaging
- Brief, manage, and edit internal/external writers and AI tools for consistent output
- Build scalable systems: content calendars, CMS hygiene, interlinking frameworks, and analytics setup
- Report on performance; continuously optimize content to improve KPIs

**What We Expect from You**:

- 3-5 years of experience in B2B content marketing or editorial strategy
- A proven record of scaling traffic or content-led conversions
- You think in content clusters, topic authority, and strategic leverage—not just word counts
