**Reports To**: Director of Operations / Business Development Manager

**Job Overview**:
The **Business Strategist** for EV Charging Solutions will lead strategic initiatives, providing key insights and managing post-sales customer engagement to help optimize product offerings and drive sales growth. This role is integral in reducing the burden on top management by taking ownership of client relationships, data analysis, and market positioning. The strategist will work closely with manufacturers to streamline processes, enhance product performance, and ensure smooth post-sales management, while overseeing the execution of critical business functions like SEO, collections, and reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning & Market Insights**:
- Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the EV charging space.
- Develop data-driven strategies to help manufacturers optimize product design, pricing, and market positioning.
- Analyze customer demand, competitor performance, and sales data to guide future product and sales strategies.
- **Client Relationship & Post-Sales Management**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for charger manufacturers, ensuring ongoing communication and effective post-sales engagement.
- Streamline post-sales interactions to ensure timely collections and reduce customer delays in payment cycles.
- Provide strategic customer management by leveraging real-time data insights, reducing resource deployment, and optimizing operational costs.
- **Product & Operational Optimization**:
- Use data insights from TwarIT’s platform to drive continuous improvements in product performance, helping manufacturers reduce defects and enhance charger efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements, focusing on pre
- and post-sales processes to reduce friction for manufacturers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and smooth customer onboarding processes.
- **Sales Strategy Development**:
- Work closely with sales teams to create strategies for market targeting, leveraging data trends to optimize sales efforts.
- Provide actionable insights to help manufacturers win new contracts, focusing on customer demands and competitive differentiation.
- Support senior management by developing business cases and presentations for client pitches, focusing on data-driven insights and tailored solutions.
- **SEO & Digital Strategy Oversight**:
- Manage the coordination of SEO strategies and ensure digital marketing aligns with business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams and external partners to enhance online visibility and lead generation, driving traffic to key business offerings.
- **Reporting & KPI Monitoring**:
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each client and project, ensuring measurable results are achieved.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior management, detailing client engagement outcomes, product optimization progress, and revenue forecasting.
- Oversee resource deployment (e.g., SEO, business analysis hours), ensuring alignment with client contracts and operational goals.
- **Commercial and Financial Oversight**:
- Monitor client billing, collections, and sales commissions, ensuring that revenue recognition aligns with project milestones.
- Ensure proper financial reporting and accountability, providing updates to senior management on monthly and quarterly financial targets.
- Manage the commercial terms of engagements, including fixed monthly fees and performance-based commissions.
- **Business Development & Growth Support**:
- Support senior management in identifying growth opportunities, whether through new markets or additional product lines.
- Collaborate with key clients to develop new business models that align with industry changes, focusing on long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred).
